At Sun Home Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to track its journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
